About The Position
Kring & Chung, LLP, an AV rated law firm, is seeking a Korean-speaking business litigation attorney for our Irvine office. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and will join a full-service law firm dedicated to providing quality legal services for businesses and individuals throughout California and Nevada. Our firm is comprised of accomplished and experienced attorneys with diverse backgrounds in both litigation and transactional matters. As a business litigation attorney, you will manage a caseload that involves business litigation, construction defect litigation, and insurance defense matters. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and other legal documents. You will also attend hearings, trials, and mediations to represent clients and ensure their best possible outcomes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial, and excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills will be an important part of your duties. Additionally, the attorney will be expected to communicate with some clients who are solely or primarily Korean speaking, making the ability to read and write in Korean preferred but not required.
