About the position

The Business Logistics Associate II at Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) serves as the first point of contact for customers, employees, partners, and vendors. This role is essential in providing daily service to KHC customers by managing various logistical functions, including front desk operations, mailroom duties, and copy center responsibilities. The position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring a professional image of the corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for KHC customers, employees, partners, and vendors.
  • Answer phone calls and connect customers with appropriate staff members.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a safe and secure front entry to the building.
  • Accept mortgage payments and log payment information into the system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing express or overnight mail and deliveries.
  • Operate all equipment located in the KHC Copy Center and complete copy requests.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing USPS and express mail in the mailroom.
  • Fill general corporate supply orders and stock supplies in breakrooms.
  • Conduct walkthroughs of facilities and provide reports on janitorial staff work.
  • Assist with meeting room needs and corporate van usage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a professional office environment.
  • Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures in office settings.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite products, including Word and Excel.
