About the position

As a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One, you will leverage your strategic and analytical skills to tackle significant company challenges. Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Manage and develop 1-2 analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to retain talent.
• Create and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and develop insights for new customer experiences.
• Drive improvements in credit performance through rigorous analysis and risk modeling.
• Manage the delivery of business intent and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to enhance quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis
