About the position

The Business Manager for Digital Growth Marketing at Capital One Shopping will play a pivotal role in scaling the consumer app's products and enhancing customer experience. This position involves formulating innovative strategies across various paid marketing channels to drive significant growth in the business. The ideal candidate will be a versatile problem solver with strong analytical skills, capable of collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a growth agenda within Paid Search.
  • Understand the landscape of Paid Search and formulate a perspective on its future.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop product and creative roadmaps to enhance reach and conversion.
  • Act as a flexible teammate and analyst, tackling various projects outside of direct ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
  • At least 2 years of experience in analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services.
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
