About the position

The Business Manager for Digital Growth Marketing at Capital One Shopping is responsible for driving growth strategies and managing marketing initiatives across various paid channels. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer acquisition and product reach. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop innovative marketing strategies and lead a team of analysts to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a growth agenda within Paid Search.
  • Understand the landscape of Paid Search and formulate a perspective on its future.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop product and creative roadmaps.
  • Act as a versatile teammate and analyst, tackling various projects as needed.
  • Develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring associates.
  • Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products.
  • Build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and technology.
  • Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
  • At least 2 years of experience in analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services.
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
