About the position

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Operations department, focusing on scaling the team, change management, and strategy across Client Operations and Business Operations. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with the Chief of Staff and engage with various verticals within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations, serving as their representative in internal meetings and acting on their behalf when necessary.
  • Execute strategic initiatives of the Operations organization by centralizing and streamlining processes, tracking and refining operating metrics, and driving efforts to enhance efficiency while minimizing risk.
  • Track key metrics and progress of Operations teams to provide visibility into our activities; synthesize data and highlight critical findings from the results.
  • Actively participate as a senior member of the Operations organization, engaging with internal stakeholders to stay informed of team and project updates.
  • Build and foster cross-departmental relationships to seamlessly align efforts across the company, promoting a unified vision of iCapital.
  • Manage, lead, and execute one-off projects that support the Operations organization's mission.
  • Build trust with Operations leadership team and partner closely to execute projects and tasks as needed.
  • Work with iCapital's recruitment team on hiring and budgeting and allocating resources.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a business manager/strategy focused role
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, and advanced degree is a plus
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and communication skills are required
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural differences to ensure alignment and collaboration across regions
  • Experience leveraging technology and innovation to drive operational improvements and efficiency
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $160,000 to $185,000
