Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, communicating, and executing a multi-faceted plan to grow business across the TWF business.
• Collaborate with business partners across various departments to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy.
• Coordinate GTM and Sales planning to support growth expectations.
• Incubate and develop emerging programs for strategic investments and customer engagement.
• Partner with HR to drive team talent development and consistent recruiting practices.
• Manage PM Biz Reviews and Operating Model processes.

Requirements

• Strong operational mindset with a focus on building organizations to scale in a cross-functional capacity.
• Demonstrated skills in sales operational best practices.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas.
• Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Strong Program Management skills with experience in building sales programs.
• Excellent organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to navigate and collaborate through complex opportunities.
• Experience in attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent.
