About the position

The Business, Marketing and HR Co-Manager position is a part-time, contract role focused on co-managing a new beautician service and a music production company. The role involves working closely with the owner to establish necessary services, marketing strategies, and organizational systems to ensure the company's growth and efficiency. The position requires in-person meetings once a week, with an initial two workdays in the first week, followed by one day per week thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Co-manage the beautician service and music production company alongside the owner.
  • Research and establish needed services and information for the company.
  • Develop advertisements and marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Organize systems and resources for effective company operations.
  • Assist in recruiting top talent for the organization.
  • Maintain strong communication with all levels of staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Manager position.
  • Experience in music business management is desired.
  • Social media and marketing experience is required.
  • Ability to focus and stay on task for four hours with a 20-minute break.
  • Competence in sales is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes is essential.
  • Experience with ADP or similar HR programs is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
