About the position

The Business Marketing Manager will oversee the on-site experience for C-level clients and stakeholders at the Customer Experience Center, ensuring a personalized and high-quality interaction with HCLTech. This role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance the client experience through data-driven insights and continuous improvement. The manager will also be responsible for managing the Direct Marketing team and ensuring compliance with financial metrics while leading the team to drive business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs for C-level clients and stakeholders at the Customer Experience Center.
  • Collaborate with Visit Management Coordinators, Briefing professionals, and Content Managers to enhance client experiences.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve the experience quotient.
  • Work with the partner ecosystem to maintain and upgrade CEC infrastructure, including hardware and software.
  • Analyze and identify new service offerings for internal clients.
  • Drive the Direct Marketing team to execute assignments based on client requirements for business opportunity generation.
  • Initiate and improve Direct Marketing business processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and procurement metrics in resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business Studies, or B-Tech.
  • 4.5 to 8 years of experience in business marketing or related fields.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools.
