The Business Office Manager at Brookdale is responsible for overseeing the business office operations of the community, ensuring high-quality care and personalized services for residents. This role involves managing associates, driving profitable growth, and ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Lead the business office operations of the community.
• Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to provide high-quality care.
• Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and compliance with operational processes.
• Ensure effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
• Oversee billing for services provided to residents and lead timely collection of receivables.
• Manage the payroll process to ensure associates are paid correctly.
• Ensure vendor invoices are billed appropriately and processed for timely payment.
• Support an inclusive community culture.

Requirements

• Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training required.
• Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.
