About the position

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a dedicated professional to support multiple projects, primarily focusing on facilitating organizational assessments and evaluations of service delivery for state behavioral health authorities. This role involves conducting financial analysis for Medicaid rate studies and supplemental payment programs, as well as performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The successful candidate will assist in drafting written reports and preparing a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meetings. Additionally, this position includes responsibilities for supervising and developing junior staff, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a creative problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client service. They should be able to lead confidently and be dedicated to accomplishing the goals and challenges presented by clients and management. Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills are necessary, as well as solid organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in all MS Office products is also required for this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements
