About the position

The Business Operations Analyst 2 position at Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a full-time remote role focused on supporting multiple projects related to organizational assessments and evaluations for state behavioral health authorities. The analyst will conduct financial analyses, assist in drafting reports, and prepare materials for client presentations while also supervising junior staff. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supports multiple projects, primarily facilitating organizational assessments and evaluations of service delivery for state behavioral health authorities.
• Conducts financial analysis for Medicaid rate studies and supplemental payment programs.
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Assists in drafting written reports.
• Prepares a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meetings.
• Assists with supervision and development of junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ relevant years' experience required
• 4+ years analyst experience
• Creative problem-solving ability and results-orientation
• Commitment to exceptional client service and ability to lead confidently
• Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and clients
• Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity

• Demonstrated expertise in all MS Office products
