The role is crucial in ensuring proper fee coding, which is essential for accurate account administration, fee billing, and revenue posting. Additionally, the position demands a high level of customer service, as you may act as an internal consultant to other functional areas or project groups, providing support for billing activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the content of production reports is accurate and effective for fiscal decision-making. Given the complexity of the governing documents, regulatory guidelines, and company policies, this role requires a high level of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with typically five or more years of related experience. The position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, while allowing flexibility to work remotely on other days. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret fee schedules and agreements for ATM Banking & Cash Management Service accounts.
  • Ensure proper fee coding for accurate administration of accounts, fee billing, and revenue posting.
  • Deliver high-level customer service and support to clients regarding their accounts.
  • Act as an internal consultant to other functional areas or project groups, providing billing activity support.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of production reports for fiscal decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically five or more years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer relations skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
