As a Business Operations Analyst Consultant specializing in call center operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our call center operations. You will leverage data and insights to develop strategies that enhance performance, optimize processes, and achieve operational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing call center data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to optimize call center performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and support to call center managers to help them achieve their performance targets.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Evaluating the impact of changes and initiatives on call center operations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrating experience in business operations analysis, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in using analytical tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Showing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Displaying a strong understanding of call center operations, processes, and metrics.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Being highly organized with strong attention to detail.
