About the position

The Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the office needs and ensuring optimal conditions for the entire ADAS-Hub team at Audi of America. This position is instrumental in helping the team achieve project goals and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The analyst will facilitate optimal working conditions, assist in project planning and execution, and monitor operational processes to identify areas for improvement. This role involves collaboration in fleet management, logistics, and procurement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Fleet planning, schedule and documentation management and analysis
  • Conduct monthly vehicle mileage inventory
  • Monitor and schedule vehicle usage
  • Maintain documentation for each vehicle
  • Support Fleet and workshop management with vehicle procedures prior to long test drives
  • Ensure drivers comply with corporate and legal regulations before operating a prototype vehicle
  • Support strategic synergies for test drives across NAR, coordinating with dealers, affiliates, and other workshop areas
  • Support Procurement and invoicing
  • Inventory of measurement equipment and operational devices
  • Revision of policies impacting daily business operations
  • Support Management team in general business operations activities
  • Help identify deficiencies in the general business operations of the ADAS-Hub

Requirements

  • Knowledge of project- and development processes of Audi and VW group
  • First working experience within Audi / Volkswagen business related processes
  • Hands-on experience & responsibility within prototypes and confidential vehicles
  • Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar knowledge base applications
  • Understanding of federal and local regulations for vehicles operating on public roads

Nice-to-haves

  • Track record in a similar capacity at OEM
  • Financial management background

Benefits

  • Salary range of $95k - $115k depending on education and experience
