The Business Operations Analyst at Telos Corporation plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support across various functional areas. The analyst will also contribute to strategic planning and project implementation, making significant contributions to departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to line management in various functional areas.
• Establish tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of contract requirements.
• Enter all new information into the database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure smooth workflow across functional areas.
• Ensure effective use of administrative tools to control and accomplish tasks, providing operations security protection for sensitive information.
• Assist with writing manuals and other documentation, responsible for status and task management reports.
• Provide advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.
• Play a role in overall functional strategic planning.
• Manage program and project implementation, contributing to department goals and planning efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience (6 years).
• 1+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service, along with excellent organizational skills.
