As a Business Operations Analyst at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational decision-making processes within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage the data that informs these decisions, collaborating closely with leadership and various teams across the organization. This includes working with the Tower and Drone teams, field operations, and customer success teams to tackle ambiguous problems and develop scalable solutions. Your work will encompass a range of activities, from quick-turn analytical problem-solving to enhancing processes and data management, ultimately contributing to the growth and efficiency of Anduril's operations. The Business Operations team at Anduril has two main responsibilities: first, establishing operational processes and analytics to measure change, and second, engaging in special projects that address high-priority issues that do not fit neatly into existing roles. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be integral to both of these functions, often embedding yourself within different business units to solve complex problems, set up new processes, and capture and analyze data effectively. In this role, you will be expected to manage operational projects from start to finish, tackling messy problems with little guidance. You will work on issues that intersect hardware and software systems, such as inventory management and asset tracking, requiring a deep understanding of how Anduril's business systems function. You will leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to extract insights and analytics, empowering functional teams to improve their processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing analyses on tight timelines while also developing long-term solutions that ensure Anduril's success. Your ability to project manage across various stakeholders will be crucial, as you will often lead meetings and coordinate efforts among diverse teams throughout the organization.
