About the position

The PacLease Business Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of PACCAR's Sales and Marketing teams by optimizing and managing the Salesforce CRM system and Tableau dashboards. The analyst will work closely with senior executives and sales teams, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is utilized to its fullest potential. In this position, the analyst will be responsible for developing workflows and reporting mechanisms that maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This includes maintaining the division's sales CRM system, overseeing new user setups, tracking program performance, and ensuring the overall health of the system. The analyst will also document processes related to Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, ensuring that all operations are streamlined and efficient. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, as the analyst will apply various tools to optimize process capabilities within the Sales and Marketing business systems. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position for someone looking to advance their career in business operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main business lead for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems administration.
  • Support maintenance and optimization of PacLease Tableau dashboards.
  • Work in collaboration with IT to ensure optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Conduct marketing campaign ROI reporting/analysis to tie marketing's efforts to sales revenue.
  • Document Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud processes.
  • Work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce CRM system including managing user roles, creating Marketing Cloud campaign workflows and troubleshooting.
  • Create sales, marketing, and executive key indicator dashboards.
  • Apply continuous improvement tools to optimize process capability in Sales & Marketing business systems.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years or more experience managing and using CRM systems.
  • Experience managing large volumes of data, conducting strategic research and report generation.
  • Project management experience leading continuous improvement.
  • Tableau data integration reporting experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Effective in interfacing with senior managers within PACCAR, Dealers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge about the transportation Class 8 and Medium Duty industry desired, not required.
