About the position

The Business Operations Analyst Senior role is focused on analyzing enterprise data to extract key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also supporting the documentation and tracking of ongoing monitoring activities. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to establish functional relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for creating reports and presentations that summarize findings and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Enterprise data to independently extract KRIs and KPIs while summarizing results
• Aggregate Enterprise data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, metric reporting
• Draft monthly and quarterly Dashboard materials
• Document and track ongoing Monitoring Activities
• Analyze Program requirements independently to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks, and issues
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with Enterprise partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 8 years using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs, data aggregation)
• Experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Adobe
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
• Experience with OneTrust or similar platform
