About the position
The Business Operations Analyst (SLED) at Presidio Networked Solutions LLC is responsible for planning, assessing, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for contracts within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) portfolio. This role involves data management, communication with team members, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, all while working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull data from enterprise software systems and utilize provided templates for report submission on a monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual basis.
- Combine multiple data sets into a single data set for reporting purposes.
- Participate in team calls to discuss progress and updates.
- Maintain sales data in the sales tracker tool to provide insights into business performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external SLED team members for deliverables and solutions.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice and fee payments.
- Compile and report contract data to assigned agencies with support from the Senior Business Analyst.
- Follow up with assigned agencies regarding any issues or questions related to contracts.
- Ensure accuracy of contract reporting data within the assigned SLED portfolio.
- Deliver recommendations for continuous improvement in reporting processes.
- Assist peer analysts with technical problems as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- High level proficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Formulas.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and other MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with various reporting requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to Alteryx is beneficial but not required.
