About the position

The Business Operations Analyst position at System One in Memphis, Tennessee, is a critical role that focuses on project management and data analysis within the IT operations sector. In this hybrid role, the analyst will be expected to work onsite at least two days a week, making it essential for candidates to be local to the Memphis area. The position is initially set for a duration of six months, with the possibility of extension up to a total of twelve months. The successful candidate will utilize advanced data analysis tools, including Excel and PowerBI, to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that visually represent key performance metrics. This will involve a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting. Moreover, the analyst will be responsible for employing critical thinking skills to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting findings and insights to various stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project management and operational efficiency.
