The Business Operations Analyst role at Equiliem involves supporting the operations of the Technology team through various tasks such as managing leadership events, producing and editing documents, assisting with project management, and developing strategic plans. The position requires effective communication with senior executives and the ability to track team metrics and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership events, including planning and production.
• Produce, edit, and reformat documents for executive communications.
• Assist with project management of team initiatives.
• Support the development of strategic and operational plans for the department.
• Curate resources and conduct internet-based research.
• Create mechanisms for tracking team metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management.
• Experience utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives.
• Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements and leading projects with multiple contributors.
• Facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Track data analysis for business operations and defined organizational metrics.
• Project management skills, including tracking deliverables and updating stakeholders.
