About the position

The position involves conducting statistical analysis on sales data to support optimal sales execution and achieve growth objectives. The candidate will develop sales quotas, instruct sales and marketing managers, and compile sales reports to aid strategic decisions. The role also includes IT training for sales and marketing users and ensuring quality assurance on presentation materials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
  • Instruct sales marketing managers and field area managers in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Compile and distribute sales reports to support strategic sales and marketing decisions.
  • Assist management by designing and running key ad hoc sales queries and reports.
  • Prepare and perform quality assurance on monthly and quarterly presentation slides.
  • Assist others in the area of SAP Business Warehouse relating to query/report design.
  • Responsible for IT training for other Sales and Marketing users.
  • Lead and oversee the development of requested reporting as business needs change.
  • Conduct periodic end-user surveys for product enhancement needs.
  • Assist in the coordination of the consolidation of all sales financial budgets and forecast process.
  • Distribute sales commissions for core products and other annual reporting requirements.
  • Compile daily sales and perform trend review of daily sales and volume for reasonableness.
  • Run and compile all weekly and monthly SAP reports to support core products.
  • Coordinate the configuration, development, training, and maintenance across all sales and marketing organizations.
  • Interface with all levels of users to assist in defining and implementing business process requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a business, strategy, or finance related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' related experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Strong business system skills - familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan.
  • Proficient in establishing working relationships with all levels of management and financial executives.
  • Ability to analyze and provide qualitative insight for business recommendations/solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix management environment.
  • Advanced PC skills with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management).
