About the position

As a Business Operations Analyst at Anduril Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving operational decision-making through data analysis and process improvement. This position involves collaborating with various teams across the organization to tackle complex problems and implement scalable solutions. You will be responsible for managing operational projects from inception to execution, focusing on the intersection of hardware and software systems, and ensuring that data-driven insights are utilized to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
• Work on operational problems involving the intersection of hardware and software systems.
• Become intimately familiar with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS, etc.) and leverage data for insights and analytics.
• Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines while also owning scalable solutions for long-term success.
• Project manage across many stakeholders and lead meetings to drive solutions.
• Interact with various functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Recruiting.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or business analyst role.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to execute analyses in Excel or SQL.
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with hardware business operations and inventory management systems.
