The Business Operations Analyst at PayPal will play a crucial role in supporting the Consumer Engineering (CE) team by reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that are essential for the smooth operation of the CE Business Operations team. The analyst will be tasked with preparing and analyzing critical data sets, including Census, OKRs, KPIs, and Roadmaps, to ensure that reporting requirements are met accurately and timely. A significant part of the role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to maintain data hygiene, ensuring that all reporting is up to date and precise. In addition to data management, the Business Operations Analyst will assist in workforce and capacity planning for both full-time employees (FTEs) and contract workers. This includes supporting the BizOps team in creating, maintaining, and executing training programs, communications, and best practices for the organization. The analyst will also play a role in enhancing employee engagement efforts in partnership with the HR department, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
