About the position

The Business Operations Analyst role focuses on providing reporting and data analysis for the Operations Division, supporting various products and business lines. The analyst will collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, collaborating with business units to identify efficiency improvements and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Translates data and identifies trends to develop insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Partners with Operation Departments to organize and prepare key performance metrics.
• Develops effective reporting tools for the business lines.
• Creates and maintains operational policies and procedures, including detailed process flows.
• Develops operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.
• Assists Business Unit Leader in creating tactical and strategic services to support business unit goals.
• Provides financial project management support including product profitability and cost analysis.
• Performs ad-hoc financial analysis for key business initiatives.
• Provides operational reporting and management of internal and external tasks.
• Maximizes opportunities to use information and technology to improve business processes.
• Complies with all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Power BI is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
