About the position

QCELLS is seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and determining commission payment amounts to external business partners based on the progress of B2C projects. This role involves monitoring solar installation jobs, understanding pricing policies, calculating commissions, and communicating with sales partners. The position is based in either San Francisco or Irvine, CA, and requires effective communication and strategic partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of rooftop solar installation jobs contracted by Axia Solar and summarize milestone status.
• Understand the company's pricing policies and procedures to process required payments.
• Calculate detailed sales partner commissions and internal sales representative incentives.
• Share detailed calculation results with each Sales Partner after payment.
• Communicate with external Sales Partners to explain commission amounts and calculation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in meetings, calls, presentations, and emails.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
• Ability to identify and develop key strategic partnerships.
• Comfortable interfacing outside the company, including executive presentations, negotiations, and contractual review.
• Self-motivated, creative, and possess strategic planning skills.
• High degree of professionalism and conduct.
