The Business Operations Analyst at Stanford Health Care plays a crucial role in supporting Program Managers on high-profile projects aimed at enhancing the hospital's strategic goals and operational efficiencies. This position involves conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses, documenting current and future state business processes, managing project logistics, and monitoring the success of project goals. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing data throughout the project lifecycle, developing data collection strategies, and coordinating logistical support, including meeting setups and training for frontline staff on workflow changes and new technologies. Additionally, the analyst will partner with vendors to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
