About the position

As a Business Operations Analyst at Century Park Associates, you will play a crucial role in integrating data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy and integrity. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights that inform decision-making for leadership. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying business problems through root cause analysis and suggesting areas for process improvements. You will be part of a dynamic team that collects, processes, analyzes, and visualizes data, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, and you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. The working conditions may involve frequent interruptions and interactions with various stakeholders, including associates, visitors, and government personnel. You may also encounter challenging situations with residents or family members, requiring strong customer service and communication skills. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization is essential, along with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques will be beneficial. You will be expected to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to improve senior living operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and offer data-driven solutions. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through quality control processes will be a critical aspect of your role. You will also need to communicate effectively, manage calendars and schedules, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while upholding the company's Code of Ethics and compliance training requirements.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
