About the position

The Business Operations Analyst at Snb Web Services Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing and supporting business intelligence software environments, particularly focusing on SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, QlikView, and Tableau. This role involves providing guidance on reporting, ensuring system performance, and participating in process improvement initiatives to maximize the business value of the Business Objects solution. The analyst will also be involved in project implementation, disaster recovery testing, and maintaining security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in system backups and licenses allocation.
• Promote content through the landscape and manage load balancing/failover.
• Configure end-user security with SSO.
• Provide end-to-end Business Objects reporting guidance and project oversight.
• Deliver break-fix support, service request resolution, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to long-term Business Objects platform strategy to maximize business value.
• Participate in process improvement efforts for the Business Objects program.
• Make autonomous decisions based on implementation documents under tight deadlines.
• Provide input to the technical and strategic plans for the Architecture and Technology team.
• Migrate code from non-production to production environments.
• Lead and participate in software assessment and implementation projects.
• Administer business intelligence software environments including SAP Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, and Tableau.
• Participate in the design and implementation of software product deployment infrastructure.
• Maintain and administer the Business Objects 4.3 platform and design security for various projects.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Business Operations.
• 8 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects.
• 6 years of experience with BOBJ.
• 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• 5 years of experience in end-user security configuration (SSO).
• Ability to commute to New York, NY 10001.
• Ability to relocate to New York, NY 10001 before starting work.
