About the position

The Operations Analyst 3 position is a contract role focused on supporting the operations of the Technology team within a leading sporting goods and apparel manufacturing company. The analyst will work closely with the VP of Tech to define operational goals, track metrics, and organize large meetings with multiple stakeholders to present business operations updates. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities

• Define operational goals and track metrics in collaboration with the VP of Tech.
• Organize large meetings with multiple stakeholders to present business operations updates.
• Manage leadership events, including planning and production.
• Produce, edit, and reformat documents for executive communications.
• Assist with project management of team initiatives.
• Support the development of strategic and operational plans for the department.
• Curate resources and conduct internet-based research.
• Create mechanisms for tracking team metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management.
• Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with high levels of ambiguity and independence.
• Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements and leading projects with multiple contributors.
