Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in both line and staff positions.
• Expert knowledge of market potential assessment and financial performance improvement.
• Extensive leadership and management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Expert negotiation and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent strategic planning, project, and change management skills.
