About the position

The Business Operations and Strategy Manager at Verily is responsible for combining business and commercial strategy with operational excellence. • Combine business and commercial strategy with operational excellence and execution.

• Develop critical processes, standard operating procedures, and communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Commercial Operations & Strategy with 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, finance, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading large projects and achieving goals in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and proficiency in SQL preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a self-starter attitude and strong judgment.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to write clear standard operating procedures and engage with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with measuring work via metrics and key performance indicators.

Nice-to-haves

• Analytics and dash-boarding experience (SQL, Python, etc.).

Benefits

• Base salary range of $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
