Responsibilities

• Integrate sales, service, and alternative channel strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Interact with bank management and department managers to support effective delivery of bank products and services.
• Monitor processes essential to consumer and business lending to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Submit recommendations based on market potential analysis, financial performance analysis, and human resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in both line and staff positions.
• Expert knowledge of market potential assessment and financial performance improvement.
• Extensive leadership and management experience.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
