About the position

The Business Operations and Strategy Manager at California Bank & Trust is responsible for integrating sales, service, and alternative channel strategies to enhance customer experience across banking offices and branches. This role involves collaboration with bank management and various departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services, while also monitoring processes related to consumer and business lending. The manager will lead interdisciplinary project teams, develop recommendations based on market and financial analyses, and implement plans that align with customer segments and market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sales, service, and alternative channel strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Interact with bank management and department managers to support effective delivery of bank products and services.
• Monitor processes essential to consumer and business lending to mitigate risk.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Submit recommendations based on market potential analysis and financial performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in both line and staff positions.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Expert knowledge of business issues surrounding market potential assessment and customer experience management.
• Extensive experience in leadership, management, coaching, and communication skills.
