In this position, you will provide administrative support to the team, handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements as needed. You will oversee and coordinate various business development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in identifying potential clients and opportunities, helping with initial outreach efforts and follow-up communication. Maintaining and updating prospect lists and managing CRM entries will be essential to ensure accuracy in all aspects of business development tasks, including documentation, data entry, and reporting. You will conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes and act as a liaison between different departments and external partners. Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes will also be part of your role, facilitating smooth communication flow and following up on action items. Finally, you will generate and maintain reports on project status, sales metrics, and other key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
