About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This position is centered around providing exceptional customer service to guests and business partners, ensuring that operational processes and procedures are adhered to, and protecting data integrity throughout our systems. You will collaborate with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Your contributions will directly support the mission of putting the world on vacation and creating lasting memories for travelers. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our business. You will provide exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to improve our service and processes. Collecting and validating data during guest interactions will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that every guest receives the best experience possible. You will also manage and protect company assets through all interactions, understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business, and support new initiatives that impact various teams. Your daily activities will include maintaining reporting needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, and leveraging your resources effectively to provide quick support to questions as they arise. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, Human Resources, and Resort Operations leadership, working on projects such as validating data and reporting, as well as supporting the integration of new processes and procedures. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with guests and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team
  • Identify ways in which to improve our customer service or processes
  • Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us

  • Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs
  • Successfully leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service
