About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This position is centered around providing exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners, ensuring that operational processes and procedures are met, and protecting data integrity throughout our systems. You will partner with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Your contributions will help support the steps to put the world on vacation and create memories of a lifetime for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying ways to improve customer service and operational processes. You will collect and validate data during interactions with guests to ensure they receive the best experience possible. Managing and protecting company assets through all interactions is essential, as is understanding and implementing the operational procedures that govern our business. You will also support new initiatives and assist teams that are impacted by these changes, maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Resort Operations leadership. Examples of projects you may work on include validating data and reporting or answering questions from onsite business partners, as well as supporting the integration of new processes and procedures. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to leverage resources effectively to provide quick support to questions as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team.
  • Identify ways in which to improve our customer service or processes.
  • Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us.

  • Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business.

  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Successfully leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
