About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to guests and business partners alike. You will ensure that operational processes and procedures are met, while also protecting data integrity throughout our systems. Your collaboration with team members and leadership will be essential in implementing changes or new initiatives that enhance our service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying ways to improve customer service and operational processes. You will collect and validate data during interactions with guests to ensure they receive the best experience possible. Additionally, you will manage and protect company assets through all interactions, ensuring that operational procedures governing our business are understood and implemented effectively. Your support will extend to new initiatives, helping teams that are impacted by these changes, and maintaining various reporting needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. You will leverage your resources, including your team, leadership, and procedural guides, to provide quick support to questions as they arise. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, Human Resources, and Resort Operations leadership, contributing to projects that involve validating data, reporting, and supporting the integration of new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team.
  • Identify ways in which to improve our customer service or processes.
  • Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us.
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business.
  • Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Successfully leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
