About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Marketing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance our customer service and operational processes, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the guest experience. This role requires you to collect and validate data during guest interactions, which is essential for maintaining the quality of service we strive to provide. Additionally, you will manage and protect company assets through all your interactions, ensuring compliance with operational procedures that govern our business practices. In this position, you will also support new initiatives and assist teams that are affected by changes in processes or procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining various reporting needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, which is vital for tracking performance and operational efficiency. Leveraging your resources, including your team, leadership, and procedural guides, will be key to providing quick and effective support to any questions or issues that arise. Your ability to adapt and respond to the dynamic needs of the business will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to validate data and report or answer questions from onsite business partners.
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
