About the position

The Business Operations Coordinator will support the Sales and Marketing processes within the hospitality industry. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing data, and ensuring operational procedures are followed to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with the Business Operations team to implement new initiatives and maintain reporting needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team members.
  • Identify ways to improve customer service or processes.
  • Collect and validate data to ensure guests receive the best experience.
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Understand and implement operational procedures that govern the business.
  • Support new initiatives and help teams impacted by changes.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
  • Leverage resources to provide quick support to questions as they arise.
  • Validate data and answer questions from onsite business partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.
  • Excel experience is required.
  • Exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills with all customers, maintaining a positive brand image and company reputation.
  • Must possess a positive, outgoing, professional demeanor, be self-motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently.
  • Administrative and/or accounting experience with a strong analytical skill set.

Nice-to-haves

  • Call center, timeshare and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
