About the position

The Business Operations Coordinator at Geoscape Solar is a part-time role focused on supporting the West Coast operations by managing executive schedules, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, and handling various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and seeks opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, set up meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the CRO and other key team members.
• Assist with lead management, CRM updates, prepare sales presentations, and support marketing campaigns (including social media).
• Help with recruiting efforts, onboarding new employees, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining employee records.
• Handle office supply orders, document management, expense reports, and ensure general office organization.
• Provide cross-functional support for business operations projects and ensure timelines are on track.
• Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and customer service as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, or sales support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
