About the position

The Business Operations Coordinator will support the CEO in implementing key operational initiatives across the company, which is experiencing significant growth and preparing for national expansion. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring smooth execution of operations, and facilitating communication across teams. The ideal candidate will help create structure and process in a dynamic environment, with potential for career advancement into senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring effective communication between departments and external consultants.
  • Organize and manage projects for the company, maintaining schedules, timelines, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare detailed notes, and follow up on actionable items to ensure timely progress on key initiatives.
  • Contribute towards critical decisions in the implementation of the company's vision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team support.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring operational efficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Comfort with automation tools and software is a plus.
