We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Superior Services R.S.H., Inc., the #1 Duro-Last roofing installer in Michigan. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating various administrative and logistical tasks, and supporting multiple departments. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating material orders and deliveries, scheduling and tracking inspections, warranties, and service leads. You will handle HR tasks, including onboarding, managing 401k plans, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will assist with financial tasks such as bank reconciliation, payroll taxes, and vendor statement reconciliation. Managing customer and vendor communications and assisting with job setup, planning, and coordination from start to finish will also be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards while being adaptable and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating material orders and deliveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred.
  • Proficiency with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
