About the position

As a Business Operations Coordinator for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. This position is centered around providing exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners, ensuring that operational processes and procedures are adhered to, and protecting data integrity throughout our systems. You will collaborate with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives that enhance our operations. Your contributions will help support the mission of putting the world on vacation and creating memorable experiences for travelers worldwide. In this role, you will shine by providing outstanding customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members. You will identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational processes, collect and validate data during guest interactions, and manage company assets responsibly. Understanding and implementing operational procedures that govern our business will be essential, as will supporting new initiatives and assisting teams affected by these changes. You will also be responsible for maintaining various reporting needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, leveraging your resources effectively to provide quick support to questions as they arise. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, Human Resources, and Resort Operations leadership. Examples of projects you may work on include validating data and reporting or addressing inquiries from onsite business partners, as well as supporting the integration of new processes and procedures. Your proficiency in Microsoft Suite and your availability to support the business during weekends and holidays will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements
