Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field and three years of professional level experience, or six years of supervision and management experience in diversified functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for effective execution of operational processes.
  • Experience in providing direction and oversight to operations coordinators and managers.

  • Experience in developing and managing tracking practices for hiring and position management processes.
