About the position

As a Business Operations Manager in Ads Monetization, you will be challenged to understand and explain revenue trends, contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, and craft annual and long-range plans. You will partner with product, finance, and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. This role requires a cross-functional approach, where you will be comfortable working with and presenting to leadership. It is a unique opportunity to blend finance, strategy, and analytics while focusing on process management and improvement. In this position, you will drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasts. You will maintain and create core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities. A deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of Meta's ads business model is essential, as is the ability to create and socialize narratives that influence outcomes and decisions. You will also improve processes and coordinate deliverables across various Biz Ops teams within Finance, creating business partnerships with leaders across product and data science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles: long-range plan (LRP), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintain/create core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities
  • Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of Meta's ads business model
  • Demonstrate the ability to create/socialize narratives and influence outcomes and decisions
  • Improve processes and coordinate deliverables across many Biz Ops teams within Finance
  • Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across product and data science teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting or planning experience
  • Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario-based analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders
  • BS or BA in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other quantitative field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
