About the position

The Support Services Manager in Training (MIT) role at Crothall Healthcare is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership positions within the support services team. This position involves hands-on training in various operational areas, including safety, quality control, maintenance, and client relations, while participating in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). The role emphasizes personal development, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Gain preparation for a potential future role within the support services team leadership.
  • Learn best practices in areas such as safety, quality control, maintenance, and patient transport.
  • Facilitate training in housekeeping, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss management.
  • Complete on-site, hands-on learning as part of the onboarding and training experience.
  • Participate in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).
  • Relocate within the assigned region for placement opportunities after successful completion of AMP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by August 2025 or prior (required).
  • One year of customer service or related work or internship experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with peers, employees, clients, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
  • Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes, and departmental policy and procedure manuals.
  • Mechanical inclination.
  • Competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Driver's License (required for transportation roles).
