• Use data analysis to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions.
• Develop and enforce practice standards, policies, and monitoring systems to ensure quality control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and initiatives.
• Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with proven hands-on experience managing large teams and overseeing complex operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, execute large-scale projects, and drive results.
• Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making and improve operational performance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience leading large teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and operations management software.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
