The Business Operations Manager for the Metaverse at Meta plays a crucial role in overseeing product investments, managing financial planning, and providing strategic insights to guide business decisions. This position combines finance, strategy, and analytics, focusing on process management and improvement while collaborating with various business partners to influence investment decisions and drive data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
• Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights throughout the product development process
• Drive data-driven decision making & analysis of product decisions and strategic roadmap investments
• Deep dive into critical capital investments, HC requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreements
• Provide insights to business partners through scenario-based modeling and long-range forecasting
• Own ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required, and drive process improvements by partnering with cross-functional owners
• Create strong business partnerships with various functions across the RL business

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, management consulting, or product management
• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario-based analysis
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related analytical field

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a management consulting firm, investment bank, or a high-growth tech company
• SQL experience
• MBA or MS in quantitative field
• Experience working in consumer electronics or technology
